I hope you are all enjoying your summer in a restful way, because the Brodhead USO Swing Party is just around the corner!
The party is planned for Saturday, October 9th. Invitations will arrive in the mail soon, but mark this date down on your calendar now and plan to attend. Vintage attire is encouraged, and don't forget your dancing shoes! You'll be jitterbugging to the big band sounds of Tuxedo Junction. It will surely be a night to remember!
Our DAADS board is busy planning several other events, and we would love to have your help. If you'd like to get involved in the planning of the annual membership dinner, a field trip, lecture or some of the other events we're working on, please call the DAADS hotline and leave a message. Someone will be sure to get back to you!
